Every unit we can document for place 83869074416117 — 23 tracked champions across Rare, Epic, Legendary, Mythic and Secret, each with the route that actually gets it.
Rarity is not the same as power — and the five Secrets are not all banner pulls.
Only Roger comes from a normal banner rotation. Goku is a 0.5% Event Capsule, Frieza drops from the portal loop, Muzan needs an Endless Invitation and Sukuna is a raid drop. That is why "best unit" lists that only talk about banners are misleading — half the top of the roster is not on the banner at all.

What each rarity means in practice

Shiny and Rainbow are variants, not rarities — a rainbow Rare is still a Rare. The Rainbow Boost pass raises variant odds only.
